GlemRay is an AI-powered car search platform that aggregates publicly available vehicle listings from third-party sources. We provide search, analysis, and notification tools to help users find vehicles. GlemRay does not sell vehicles, facilitate transactions, or guarantee the accuracy of third-party listing data.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Subscription Plans

GlemRay offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Feature limits vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy our AI analysis algorithms; (c) create multiple free accounts to circumvent usage limits; (d) resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service.

6. AI Analysis Disclaimer

GlemRay's AI analysis, deal ratings, market values, and quality scores are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not professional appraisals. Always conduct your own due diligence, including independent vehicle inspections and history reports, before purchasing any vehicle.

7. Third-Party Content

Vehicle listings displayed on GlemRay originate from third-party platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of third-party listings. Links to external sites are provided for convenience only.

8. Limitation of Liability

GlemRay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, reliance on AI analysis, or transactions with third parties. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
